AI Assurance Club represented at World AI Expo

Representing the AI Assurance Club, John Higgins spoke this month at a World AI Expo in Suzhou China on the subject of AI governance. He explained how organisations still report that setting up good internal AI governance remains difficult. He argued that this is due largely to the plethora of sometimes conflicting and incomplete collection of regulation, standards and frameworks upon which they need to rely. He pledged that the AI Assurance club would continue to work to encourage consistency in these underpinnings and make it easier for organisations to establish systems of AI governance that maximise benefits and reduce risks when developing and implementing AI systems.
